What's new for next term? As always we have lots of exciting new elements for the spring term! For the babies we will be discovering and enjoying textures. The sense of touch is one of the most important and stimulating for children at this age and we will be letting them explore and feel a whole range of objects designed to help them begin to understand the world around them. Our walkers to 2 will be captivated by our transport section. Designed to promote their burgeoning vocabulary we will be singing a fun and funky MAD song all about methods of transport, so ‘All Aboard!!!’ for some MAD antics! Finally our 2 to 4 years olds will be creeping up and surprising Ralph with a great counting game guaranteed to make the children giggle! Keeping the Beat!
Party Party Party!!! We asked you to party, party, party and you did! We were really glad everyone enjoyed Ralph’s Christmas party last term! Ralph certainly had a fantastic time. In fact, he loved celebrating with you all so much that he is inviting everyone to come to his Birthday party in March! But he wont say how old he is going to be!!!! More details to come later! Competition Time! Well done to everyone who took part in the Christmas colouring competition. We had 83 fantastic entries, and Ralph thought they were the loveliest Christmas trees he’d seen! Congratulations to our winners Fern Henderson (aged 19 months), Zoe Roberts (aged 2 ½ ) and Phoebe Ibison (aged 2) whose entries were stunning. All three winners will receive some fantastic musical instruments to recreate the MAD magic at home, as well as having their fabulous pictures featured in our on-line gallery. The 7 runners up will also have their work displayed on our website. To view your wonderful pictures, including the winning three, visit our gallery from Jan 1st 2007 by clicking here>>> Watch out for our Spring competition, to be launched later in the term! Skip Along to Skip!

‘Eve’ meets MAD Academy Watch out for the March edition of Eve Magazine – Britain’s fastest growing women’s glossy. You’ll find a fascinating and insightful article all about our founder, Helen Harrington, how MAD Academy was formed, and what makes us so special. And those of you how attended the photo shoot may spot your child’s smiling face among the many pictures! Franchisees MAD Academy is expanding rapidly! With classes operating daily across four counties already, it’s a great time to join the team!
